Answers:

  1. First, fill out RAM Horn’s quote request form detailing your project. Then RAM Horn will contact you with a rough quote. Then have an initial start up meeting to determine scope of work and confirm the final price. To begin the designing process RAM Horn requires a signed Services Agreement and a 50% deposit of the final price. When you are satisfied with the design and the project is finalized, the remainder of the agreed price will be due before the project goes live, is distributed, or exchanges hands.   2. In case you incase you are not happy with the first design we create, we will make three revisions free of charge. If you require more revisions, each revision will be based on our hourly rate of $45/hour. So far all of our clients were happy with the design and didn't need more than two revisions.

  3. The price of a website depends on its' volume, complexity and the desired functionality. A small static website's price can start from $500, whereas a big portal or a full ecommerce website with a large amount of pages may cost from $3000 and higher. When you submit all the details about the website you need through RAM Horn's FREE Quote Requet Form, we will be able to properly evaluate it and provide you with an affordable price for it.

  4. The time needed to design your website can range from 2-4 weeks to 2-4 or more months, depending on the number of the pages, the amount of custom programming needed and the number of the revisions required. If you have a certain deadline for your website, RAM Horn will always work with you to meet it, but the timing also depends on how fast you provide the content needed for your site.

  5. Please provide the text in a file format that can be opened and edited by Microsoft word, or Adodbe Acrobat as long as the text is not an image and can be copied. As for the images go please provide high resolution images, meaning in the best quality possible. Please do not provide images inside a Word document.

  6. More than likely there will be particular images required for the project that you should provide. For example if you want an online shop, images of your products are required. In case you don't have any images and you want us to take photos or find the images for you we can do that too. RAM Horn can provide limited photography servieces, but for higher quality photos please use a professional photographer. RAM Horn also uses professional stock image sites, where images can be purchased for your project in the best quality.

  14. RAM Horn will thoroughly discuss the project with you from very the beginning. RAM Horn encourages you to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas you may have, after all this is your project. During the design process, you will be asked to approve certain milestones before work continues. At the conclusion of the project, you may request the artwork in various formats.

  15. You will be kept up-to-date on the progress of their project through the approval process. RAM Horn presents the project to you at certain stages, or milestones, and waits for your approval before continuing work. This process will keep you involved and prevents any breakdowns in communication. In between these milestones, feel free to call in to get an update.

  16. Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment. However, RAM Horn reserves the right to use any work for promotional purposes.

  17. First RAM Horn discusses your needs, target market, and uses for this logo. We then ask for samples of existing logos that you like or dislike to get an idea of your taste. Sometimes the client already has a design concept in mind. Other times, they have no idea what they want. Either way, RAM Horn makes sure to collect enough information before beginning work. Whether you'd like to see only a few concepts or if you need many, RAM Horn’s logo design service is very flexible.

  18. RAM Horn can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule maybe. To be fair to other clients, if a project is already in production and is interrupted by a rush job, RAM Horn reserves the right to add an additional 50% to 100% on top of the normal price.

  19. Currently RAM Horn accepts business checks, personal checks, and money orders. If enough demand calls for credit transactions RAM Horn will accomendate.
